摘 要:体验经济时代下,增强员工的组织认同是企业文化建设的重点。依托主题公园形成极具鲜明特色的主题公园酒店企业文化对员工组织行为的影响是值得研究的课题。文章以组织文化评价量表和组织认同理论为基础,从主题公园酒店企业文化对员工组织认同的影响研究入手,选取上海迪士尼两家主题酒店进行实证研究。研究结果表明,主题酒店企业文化对员工组织认同有显著影响;企业文化中的企业战略和员工管理分别对组织认同中的认知、情感、行为三个维度有显著正向影响;企业凝聚力对组织认同中的情感、评价和行为有显著积极影响。In the era of experience economy,it is the key point for corporate culture construction to enhance the organizational identity of employees.Theme park hotel relies on theme park to form a distinctive hotel corporate culture,and its influence on employees’organizational behavior is worth studying.Based on Quinn’s Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument(OCAI)and organizational identity theory,the influence of corporate culture of theme park hotel on the organizational identity of employees is studied,and the empirical research on two theme hotels of Shanghai Disneyland is carried out.The results show that the corporate culture of theme hotel has a significant impact on the organizational identity of employees,among which corporate strategy and employee management in corporate culture have significant positive effects on the organizational identity in the three dimensions of cognition,emotion and behavior;corporate cohesion has a significant positive impact on the emotion,evaluation and behavior in organizational identity.
