摘　　要：目的分析家庭参与式接纳和承诺疗法在青少年非自杀性自伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1-12月该中心收治的120例青少年非自杀性自伤患者为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组使用常规治疗方法,干预组使用家庭参与式接纳和承诺疗法。比较治疗方案实施后2组患者在自伤行为、心理灵活性及家庭亲密度与适应性之间的得分差异。结果治疗方案实施后干预组自伤行为减少、心理灵活性增加、家庭亲密度与适应性提升,与对照组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在青少年非自杀性自伤患者中实施家庭参与式接纳和承诺疗法是1种有效的心理治疗方法。Objective To analyze the application effect of family participatory acceptance and commitment therapy in the adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury.Methods A total of 120 adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury treated in the center from January to December 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into the control group and the intervention group,60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the intervention group received family participatory acceptance and commitment therapy.The scores of self injurious behavior,psychological flexibility,family cohesion and adaptability between the two groups were compared after the implementation of the treatment plan.Results After the implementation of the treatment plan,the self injurious behavior of the intervention group decreased,the psychological flexibility increased,the family cohesion and the adaptability increased when compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an effective psychotherapy method to implement family participatory acceptance and commitment therapy in the adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury.
