摘  要:钢弹簧浮置板轨道已广泛运用于地铁线路中,为适应广州地区市域铁路规划,考虑穿越市区地段沿线敏感点环境保护,其对市域铁路的适用性有待研究。通过建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型和轨道-隧道-土体有限元模型,分析时速120~160 km市域铁路钢弹簧浮置板轨道的安全平稳性及减振效果,据此确定钢弹簧刚度的合理取值。研究结果表明:(1)当前轨道结构形式下,在所设置的工况范围内,采用市域D型车,钢弹簧刚度≮18 kN/mm时,可满足钢轨和浮置板最大垂向位移不超过2.5 mm和2.0 mm的要求,此时减振效果超过9 dB;(2)钢弹簧刚度不变时,列车运行速度越大,轮重减载率和Sperling平稳性指标W值增大,速度不变时,钢弹簧刚度越大,轮重减载率随之增大,Sperling平稳性指标W值随之减小,数值均满足规范限值;(3)当钢弹簧刚度为18 kN/mm时,阻尼比的提高有利于减振降噪性能。Steel spring floating slab track has been widely used in subway lines.In order to adapt to the commuter rail planning in Guangzhou area,the environmental protection of sensitive spots along the urban section is considered and the applicability of this track to commuter rail remains to be studied.By establishing the vehicle-track coupling dynamic model and the track-tunnel-soil finite element mode,this paper analyzes the safety,stationarity and the damping effect of commuter rail steel spring floating slab track at the speed of 120~160 km/h,and determines the reasonable value of the steel spring stiffness.The results of research show that:(1)In the set working-condition range and with D-type urban vehicle in use,the maximum vertical displacements of the steel rail and floating slab can be satisfied with the requirements not exceeding 2.5 mm and 2.0 mm when the stiffness of steel spring is not less than 18 kN/mm,the damping effect is more than 9 dB at this moment.(2)When the stiffness of steel spring is constant,the rate of wheel load reduction and the Sperling stationarity index W value increase with the increase of the train running speed;when the speed is constant,the rate of wheel load reduction increases with the increase of the steel spring stiffness,the Sperling stationarity index W value decreases with the increase of the steel spring stiffness,and the values all meet the specification limits.(3)When the stiffness of steel spring is 18 kN/mm,the improvement of damping ratio is beneficial to the performances of vibration and noise reduction.
