摘  要:经济新常态下,处理好人力资源供给与需求的结构性矛盾成为人力资源管理行业面临的重要挑战。面对企业高质量发展的新要求,高职院校人力资源管理专业需要深入推进专业教育和双创教育的融合,聚焦模式创新和效能提升。劳动法课程作为专业核心课程之一,应当在课程目标、课程内容、教学方法和考核评价等多个方面融入双创元素,通过改进课堂教学氛围,有效调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,实现从以知识传授为主向以能力培养为主的转变。Under the new economic normal,dealing with the structural contradiction between supply and demand of human resources has become an important challenge faced by human resource management industry.Facing the new requirements of high-quality development of enterprises,the human resource management major in higher vocational colleges needs to further promote the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education,and focus on model innovation and efficiency improvement.As one of the major core courses,the labor law course should incorporate entrepreneurship and innovation elements in the course objectives,course contents,teaching methods,assessments and evaluations and other aspects.By improving the classroom teaching atmosphere,the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning can be effectively mobilized to realize the transformation from knowledge teaching to ability cultivation.
