摘　　要：社会主义劳动竞赛是社会主义制度下发挥工人阶级主力军作用的重要载体,其价值体现在劳动竞赛的价值导向及价值作用上。从理论逻辑来看,马克思主义劳动价值观是劳动竞赛的理论渊源,广泛的群众性是劳动竞赛的价值基础,社会主义制度是劳动竞赛的价值保障。从历史逻辑来看,我国劳动竞赛发展历程中始终注重“服务大局”和“人民至上”两方面价值目标的兼顾。从现实逻辑来看,劳动竞赛时代价值的实践路径包括坚持正确导向、丰富竞赛内容、创新竞赛方式、重视思想引领、强化人才培养、完善竞赛机制等方面。Socialist labor competition is an important carrier to play the role of the main force of the working class under the socialist system.Its value is reflected in the value orientation and value function of labor competition.From the perspective of theoretical logic,Marxist labor values are the value source of labor competition,the extensive mass nature is the value underlying labor competition,and the socialist system is the value guarantee of labor competition.From the perspective of historical logic,the development of labor competition in China has always focused on the balance of the value objectives of“serve the overall situation”and“people first”.From the perspective of realistic logic,the practical path of labor competition includes strengthening top-level design,adhering to correct guidance,focusing on key and difficult points,enriching competition content,innovating competition methods,improving competition efficiency,paying attention to ideological guidance,expanding competition influence,strengthening talent training,paying attention to achievement transformation,improving competition mechanism and promoting long-term development.
