摘  要:农村中职学校教师是培育乡村振兴人才、培养技能型人才的主要力量,也是全面推进农村职业教育“三教”改革、保证农村职业教育质量和新农村建设人才质量的关键。农村中职学校教师职后培训的质量是教师素质提升的有效途径。Teachers in rural secondary vocational schools are the main force in cultivating rural revitaliza-tion talents and training skilled talents.It is also the key to forward reform of rural vocational education com-prehensively and ensure quality of rural vocational education and the quality of talents for new rural construc-tion.The quality of post-vocational training for teachers in rural secondary schools is an effective way to im-prove teachers’quality and competence.
