摘　　要：湘茶研14号是从金萱自然杂交后代中,采用单株选择法选育出的优质高产红绿茶兼制型茶树新品种。湘茶研14号属灌木型、中生种、中叶类;叶片呈稍上斜状着生,披针形,叶色绿,叶身平,叶质中,叶面微隆,叶缘平,叶尖急尖;芽叶黄绿色,茸毛中等。春茶样2年平均水浸出物含量37.12%、茶多酚23.58%、氨基酸3.58%、咖啡碱4.97%。制绿茶品质优,汤色黄绿明亮,嫩栗香高长,滋味鲜醇;制红茶汤色红浓明亮,有甜香。湘茶研14号生长势强,产量较高,具有较强的适应性和抗逆性,扦插繁殖能力强。'Xiangchayan No.14'is a new tea cultivar suitable for making black and green tea with high quality and high yield,which was selected from'Jinxuan'natural hybrid progeny by single plant selection.The results show that'Xiangchayan No.14'belongs to shrubby type,middle leaf type and middle sprouting cultivar.The tree is semi open,with slightly upward inclined leaves,green leaf color,slightly protruding leaf surface,yellow-green buds and leaves,medium hairy.The average content of water extract,tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine in spring for two consecutive years were 37.12%,23.58%,3.58%and 4.97%respectively.The excellent quality of green tea,yellow green and bright soup color,the high and long tender chestnut fragrance,fresh and mellow taste make it unforgettable.The black tea made from it is bright in color and has a sweet fragrance.It has strong adapt-ability and stress tolerance,strong growth potential,high yield and strong cutting propagation ability.
