摘　　要：应急管理学科正处在筹建期,亟需补充学术人才。本文研究教师学术职业的发展脉络,得出教授群体的组建是应急管理大学教师队伍建设的关键。通过市场机制,利用培训机构可以缩小人才甄选范围;通过建立“行业教师—教授”的人才流动模式,可为学科建设初期教师队伍师资不足提供解决思路。The discipline of emergency management is in the preparatory stage and needs to be supplemented with academic talents.By reviewing the history of academic career,this paper concludes that the establishment of professor group is the key to the construction of teachers in the university.the scope of talent selection can be reduced by using training institutions by the market mechanism;Establishing the talent flow mode of "industry-university",the shortage of teachers in the early stage of discipline construction might be solved.
