摘　　要：医教协同是我国深化医学教育改革的指导性思想。本研究在分析其重要性的基础上,剖析了温州医科大学校院深度融合式临床医学人才培养模式的全方位改革实践与成效,并进行深入思考。Collaborating across medical and educational system in high efficiency is the guiding concept that leads to deep reform of medical education in China.On the basis of analyzing the importance,the study takes Wenzhou Medical University as an example to see the comprehensive reformation and outcome of the execution of clinical medicine talent cultivation model which deeply integrating the cooperation between universities and hospitals.
