摘 要:在25份访谈资料的质性研究基础上,探索大学生学习评估项目“明德项目”影响院校本科教育质量的动力机制。借助扎根理论生成权威—需求—人际三大动力要素构成的“多相复合型动力理论”:组织层面,动力由权威—需求Ⅰ组成,权威分为行政权威和双权威(行政权威—学术权威),需求Ⅰ分为院校发展长期需求和短期需求;个体层面,动力由需求Ⅱ—人际关系组成,需求Ⅱ分为院校项目负责人个体专业发展匮乏性需求和成长性需求,人际关系分为亲密和疏远。与过去的动力理论相比,该理论能同时统领大学组织与个体层面的动力解释,能将不同动力组合的互动结果较好镶嵌其中。This study takes a college student learning assessment project named Mingde project in China as an example.Based on the qualitative research of 25 interview data,it explores the dynamic mechanism of the project’s impact on the quality of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.Using grounded theory,the research has produced the Heterogeneous Dynamics Theory(HDT) model,which is composed of three types of dynamics:Authority,Need and Interpersonal Relationship(IR).At the organizational level,the dynamics consists of Authority and Need Ⅰ.The authority is divided into administrative authority and double authority(administrative authority-academic authority),and the need Ⅰ is divided into the long-term needs and short-term needs of institutions’ development.At the individual level,the dynamics consist of Need Ⅱ and IR.The individual professional development needs of the project manager in the institution can be divided into deficiency need and growth need.The IR can be divided into close relationship and not close relationship.Compared with past dynamic theory,the HDT can simultaneously govern the organizational and individual level of dynamic explanation,and the results of the interaction between different dynamics combinations are better embedded in it.
