摘 要:本文初步梳理了美国著名教育家舒尔曼的大学教学学术思想,其发展大体经历了三个阶段。他首先是在教师教育研究中提出了教学内容知识的概念,然后在专门职业教育研究中提出了特征教学法概念,最后他发展了博耶的大学教学学术概念,提出大学教学研究要把大学教学看作一种专业活动,要按通用学术模式来开展大学教学研究。This paper explores American education scholar Lee Schulman’s ideas of college teaching.The development of his ideas roughly experienced three stages.In his early study of teacher education.he proposed the concept of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK).In his later study of professional training,he proposed the concept of signature pedagogy(SP).And finally in his study of college teaching,he enriched the Boyer’s concept of scholarship of teaching and learning(SoTL).This paper also suggested that Shulman’s ideas of college teaching may have two implications for Chinese undergraduate education reform.One is regarding college teaching as a kind of professional activity and regards SoTL as a kind of scholarship of practice.The other is to promote SoTL in China in a manner of professional learning community.
