摘　　要：政治家办报理念始终贯穿新中国新闻事业发展史,指导着不同时期媒体的新闻实践活动。“审慎”是一个哲学、政治学概念,是政治家的一种重要素质。政治审慎是政治家办报的核心要义,政治家办报尤需要政治智慧和谋略。政治审慎,一者表现为德性,二者表现为方法论。随着时代的发展,在中国共产党的新闻思想中,政治家办报被赋予不同的政治承载,但政治审慎观念一直未变,其内涵既有全面继承,又有创新发展。几代党的领导人都要求党的新闻工作者应该从全局/大局着眼,准确把脉政治形势,审时度势,为新闻宣传和舆论工作找准定位,服务人民、治理国家,体现了政治审慎的哲学智慧和政治家谋略。The concept of statesmen in running newspaper is throughout the history of journalism and has been guiding the news practice of the media in different periods. "prudence" is a concept of philosophy and political science,and it is an important quality of politicians. Political prudence is the very essence for statesmen in running newspaper. Statesmen need the wisdom and strategy of political prudence. On the one hand,it is good virtue,and on the other,it is methodology. As time goes by,in the journalist philosophy of the CPC,newspaper run by statesmen are endowed with different political missions. However,the concept of political prudence remains unchanged. Both Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping demanded that journalists of the CPC should focus on the big picture,accurately grasp the political situation,find the right position for publicity work. They also held that journalists shall serve the people,and govern the country,which reflects the philosophical wisdom and statesman strategy of "political prudence".
