摘  要:针对乘用车转向灯在制造过程中出现的线束密封垫漏气、灯壳与灯罩焊接不良而漏气等密封性不良问题,设计了气密性检测新设备,该设备主要由气密性检测仪、气密性检测工装、直线往复传送装置及机架等组成。采用气动机构装夹转向灯,使用橡胶件密封转向灯进气口与漏气部位,采用差压式气密性检测仪作为检测工具,使用逻辑控制方法完成整个工作流程。结果表明,该设备可以准确地对转向灯进行气密性检测,生产节拍为27 s。通过分析和实验发现:半径为R1.15 mm的半圆形结构密封件易于变形特征的密封。线束存在漏气现象,需要使用橡胶件密封线束漏气部位,从而保证转向灯密封良好。使用差压式气密性检测方法易于实现自动化检测,使用逻辑控制方法可以有效防止不良品流出,出货产品气密性合格率可以达到100%。In order to solve the poor sealing problems in the manufacturing process of passenger car turn lamps of air leakage of the wiring harness gasket,poor welding between the housing and the lens,a new air tightness testing equipment was designed,it was mainly composed of the air tightness detector,the air tightness detection tooling,the linear reciprocating conveying device and the frame,etc.The pneumatic mechanism was used to clamp the turn lamps,the rubber parts were used to seal the air inlet and the Air leakage location of the turn lamps,the differential pressure air tightness detector was used as the detection tool,and logic control method was used to complete the whole work process.The results show that the equipment can detect the air tightness of the turn lamps accurately,the production beat is 27 s.Through analysis and experiment show that the seal of semicircular structure with radius of R1.15 mm is easy to Sealing of the deformation characteristics.There is air leakage in the wiring harness,and the rubber parts should be use to seal the air leakage location of the wiring harness,so as to ensure good sealing of the turn lamps.It is easy to realize automatic detection by using differential pressure air tightness detection method,and it can be prevent the outflow of the defective products effectively by using logic control method.The qualified rate of air tightness of the deliver products can reach 100%.
