技能大赛引领高水平示范性化工职业教育实训基地建设的思考

摘　　要：实训基地建设是建设高水平现代化高职院校和高水平特色专业群的重要内容。文章从提高教师的实践能力和教学水平、提升学生的综合能力、促进实训基地建设、促进专业发展、加强与企业的合作、培育弘扬工匠精神和劳模精神等方面阐述了技能大赛对高水平示范性职业教育实训基地的引领,并对技能大赛和高水平示范性职业教育实训基地建设提出建议,以期对深化高职教育教学改革和提高人才培养质量起到一定的促进作用。The construction of training base is an important part of the construction of high-level and modern vocational colleges and high-level and special groups. The significance of skills competition to the construction of high-level exemplary training base of vocational education was expounded from the aspects of improving teachers’ practical ability and teaching level, improving students’ comprehensive ability, promoting the construction of training base, promoting professional development, strengthening cooperation with enterprises, cultivating and carrying forward craftsman spirit and model worker spirit, etc. Some suggestions were put forward for skills competition and the construction of high-level exemplary training base of vocational education, so as to deepen the teaching reform of higher vocational education and improve the quality of talent training.
