摘  要:精馏实验是重要的化工专业基础实验,但常规的验证性实验无法让学生真正地掌握整个精馏工艺过程。以乙醇-正丙醇精馏实验为例,在实验室条件下综合多门化工专业知识点进行多层次实验教学,有利于学生深入理解精馏工艺过程,培养学生解决问题的工程实践能力,同时也推动教师教学知识的更新和储备,提升实验教学能力。Distillation experiment is an important basic experiment in Chemical Engineering. It is impossible for students to truly master the entire distillation process through a single and confirmatory experimental process. Taking ethanol-n-propanol distillation experiment as example, multi-level experimental teaching model was conducive to students in-depth understanding of the distillation process by integrated different knowledge points of Chemical Engineering under the laboratory conditions. It not only cultivated students’ practical ability in analyzing and solving problems, but also promoted the update and reserve of teachers’ teaching knowledge and improved teaching ability.
