摘  要:目的对2017—2018年开封市食源性疾病哨点医院监测结果进行汇总分析,了解食源性疾病流行特征,为预防食源性疾病的发生提供参考依据。方法收集在哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病病例信息,并采集粪便样本进行病原学检测。结果共收集病例427例,男283例(66.28%)、女144例(33.72%),采集粪便样本427份,不同性别病例的构成比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.41,P=0.520);3岁以下为主要发病人群。沙门菌、志贺菌、诺如病毒3项总检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.29,P=0.003)。第三季度为食源性疾病高发期,检出各种致病菌98株,总检出率为22.95%,其中诺如病毒检出率(10.54%)最高。2017年和2018年沙门菌、志贺菌检出的血清型均有变化,诺如病毒基因型无变化。结论根据开封市食源性疾病监测结果特点,应加大高发季节和婴幼儿的监测力度,相关部门及时对公众做出风险警示,以减少食源性疾病的发生。Objective The surveillance results of food-borne diseases in sentinel hospitals in Kaifeng City from 2017 to 2018 were analyzed to understand the epidemiological characteristics of food-borne diseases,and to provide a reference for preventing the occurrence of food-borne diseases.Methods The information of food-borne diseases in sentinel hospitals was collected,and fecal samples were collected for etiological detection.Results A total of 427 patient samples were collected,including 283 males(66.28%)and 144 females(33.72%),and 427 fecal samples were collected from patients.There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of cases of different genders(χ^(2)=0.41,P=0.520),and the age group under 3 years old was the main morbidity population.There was a significant difference in the total detection rates of Salmonella,Shigella and Norovirus(χ^(2)=11.29,P=0.003).The third quarter was the high incidence period of food-borne diseases,98 strains of various pathogenic bacteria were detected,and the total detection rate was 22.95%,of which the Norovirus detection rate(10.54%)was the highest.The serotypes detected for Salmonella and Shigella changed in both 2017 and 2018,and there was no change in the Norovirus genotype.Conclusion According to the characteristics of food-borne diseases surveillance results in Kaifeng City,we should strengthen the surveillance of high-incidence season and infants,and relevant departments should make timely risk warnings to the public to reduce the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
