摘  要:基于供给侧结构性改革视域重新审视我国高校创新创业型人才培养问题,力图为我国经济高质量发展和实施自主创新战略提供助力。从培养侧重点、要素变革和制度创新三方面阐述我国高校创新创业型人才培养的现实要求,分析当前我国高校创新创业型人才培养存在的供给侧结构性矛盾、要素供给与培养需求错位发展以及制度供给与大学生需求之间有落差等方面的内在张力,研究提出结构性协同供给、要素配置补强升级、制度供给合理优化等我国高校创新创业型人才培养改革路径。From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,this paper re-examines the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities in China,and tries to provide impetus for the high-quality development of China’s economy and the implementation of independent innovation strategy.The paper expounds the practical requirements of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities from three aspects of training focus,factor reform and system innovation,analyzes the internal tension of the supply-side structural contradiction,the dislocation development of actor supply and training demand,and the gap between system supply and the demand of students in colleges and universities,studies and puts forward the reform path of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,such as structural collaborative supply,reinforcement and upgrading of factor allocation,and reasonable optimization of system supply.
