摘  要:文章以行政管理专业学生为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷,重点对培养问题的成因进行分析,并从高职院校的实际出发,提出以“教学质量奖”为着力点,全面推进教育教学改革;以培养自主学习能力为切入点,全面提升学生学习内驱力;以“四大抓手”为突破口,着重凸显实践教学地位;以师资队伍建设为关键点,切实推进人才强校战略;以选择多元为主抓手,创新招生考试制度五个方面狠抓过程,提高学生的培养质量,为企业提供所需的高素质高技能应用型人才提出建议和对策。Taking the students majoring in administrative management as the research objects,the paper analyzes the causes of training problems by issuing questionnaires.In order to improve the quality of students and provide high-quality and high-skilled applied talents for enterprises,suggestions and strategies are proposed by the following five aspects:taking the“teaching quality award”as the focus to comprehensively promote the reform of education and teaching from the actual situation of vocational colleges;taking the cultivation of self-learning ability as the point of penetration to entirely boost students’learning drive;taking“four key measures”as the breakthrough point to highlight the position of practice teaching;taking the construction of teaching staff as the key point to promote the talents-developing strategy;taking diverse choices as the main point to innovate the system of admission examination.
