摘　　要：医学英语属于科技英语,在用词与翻译方法上与普通英语有很大区别。而词汇在语言学习中占有非常重要的地位,医学生只有熟悉医学英语词汇的各种特点,并熟练掌握其相应的翻译方法,才能提升阅读和翻译技能。基于此,文章主要分析医学英语词汇的构词方法和特点,探索相应的翻译策略,以期对医学英语教学和翻译研究有一定的指导意义。Medical English belongs to scientific English,which is quite different from ordinary English in terms of words and translation methods.As vocabulary plays an important role in language learning,medical students can only improve their reading and translation skills by mastering the characteristics of medical English vocabulary and the corresponding translation methods.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the word-formation methods and characteristics of medical English vocabulary and explores corresponding translation strategies,with a view to providing some guidance for medical English teaching and translation research.
