摘  要:中西医多学科交叉研究生教育是培养高层次高质量医学人才的重要组成部分。由于生源类型差异、培养模式单一、培养经验缺乏等因素,传统的中西医研究生培养模式已经无法满足当前的需求。本文从学生培养、导师制度以及学校交叉学科模式3个层面进行探讨,旨在探索多元化、个性化、国际化的中西医多学科交叉研究生人才培养模式。Interdisciplinary postgraduate training model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine education is an important part of training high-level medical talents.Because of the students diversity,single training mode,and lack of training experience,traditional Chinese and Western medicine postgraduate training mode has been unable to meet the current needs.This paper discusses from three aspects of student training,tutor system and school interdisciplinary mode,aiming at exploring diversified,personalized,and internationalized training model for interdisciplinary postgraduate students of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
