摘 要:对茶多酚的抑菌特性及抑菌机理进行阐述,针对其作为常规饮用水消毒剂时的消毒效果与管网微生物特征进行讨论。结果表明茶多酚作为辅助消毒剂与主消毒工艺联用,能够较好的控制水中的微生物总量,且对一些致病菌和耐氯菌有较强的抑制作用,水质生物安全性得到保障。将茶多酚用于补充超滤出水也有较好的应用前景,今后研究中需建立与膜技术结合的茶多酚消毒工艺,并对其机理进行深入探究,切实保障给水管网水质安全性。The antibacterial properties and antibacterial mechanism of tea polyphenols were described,the disinfection effect and the microbiological characteristics of the pipe network when tea polyphenols used as conventional drinking water disinfectants were discussed.The results show that the use of tea polyphenols as an auxiliary disinfectant in combination with the main disinfection process can better control the total amount of microorganisms in the water,and has a strong inhibitory effect on some pathogens and chlorine-resistant bacteria,ensuring the biological safety of water quality.The use of tea polyphenols to supplement ultrafiltration effluent also has good application prospects.Hence,it is necessary to establish a tea polyphenols disinfection process combined with membrane technology in future research,and conduct in-depth exploration on its mechanism to effectively ensure the safety of water quality in the water supply network.
