摘  要:车联网(internet of vehicle,IoV)技术是当前智能车辆和智能交通的核心,对于车间互联的主动悬架来说,如何提高信息交互的效率是研究难点之一。以卡车主动悬架为研究对象,利用车队运输的重复性特征,将车联网络引入到主动悬架控制中。首先,以局域-广域两种信息交互手段为基础,提出一种货运车队两两编组结对作业的新方案,在此基础上建立了通信协议格式。其次,针对结对卡车建立半车主动悬架模型,前车采用传统的比例-积分-微分(proportion-integration-differentiation,PID)控制算法,经云端存储、运算、筛选后,传给与之结对的后车,后车则采用模糊PID算法进行主动悬架控制。仿真分析结果表明,基于车联网络下的模糊PID控制算法,具有更优的性能,在悬架动行程略有降低的前提下,车身加速度和轮胎动位移分别提高46.33%和33.8%。最后,计算整个车队的组间信息交互效率,证明这种以车队整体来进行悬架性能寻优的新方法的迭代效率更高、工程实用性更好。Internet of vehicle(IoV)is the core of intelligent vehicles and intelligent transportation.For the active suspension with workshop interconnection,how to improve the efficiency of information interaction is one of the research difficulties.Taking the truck active suspension as the research object,IoV was introduced into the active suspension control based on the repeatability of fleet transportation.Firstly,based on the two information interaction means of local area and wide area,a new scheme of pairing operation of freight fleet was proposed,and the communication protocol format was established.Secondly,a half-vehicle active suspension model was established.The traditional proportion-integration-differentiation(PID)control algorithm was adopted in the leading vehicle,which is passed to the paired car of the rear car through cloud storage,calculation and screening.The fuzzy PID algorithm was used to control the active suspension.The simulation results show that based on vehicle network,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is more performance.The body acceleration and tire dynamic displacement increase by 46.33%and 33.8%respectively.Finally,the information exchange efficiency of the whole fleet was optimized.The new method of optimizing the suspension performance based on the whole fleet has higher iteration efficiency and better engineering practicability.
