基于改革视角的高职院校通识教育师资队伍建设初探

摘　　要：通识教育师资队伍是学校师资队伍的重要组成部分。“以就业为导向”的职业教育办学模式,导致很多高职院校“重专业轻通识”教育特点突出,阻碍了通识教育师资队伍的高水平发展。在国家蓬勃发展的高职教育进程中,通识教育在培养学生的世界观、人生观、价值观等方面扮演着极其重要的角色,为打造“四有”新人作出了积极的贡献。为能够培养出适应新形势发展的高素质高情操高技能人才,高职院校必须打造一支数量充裕、年龄结构和职称结构合理、师德师风高尚、政治立场坚定、人文修养过硬的通识教育教师队伍。The construction of general education teaching staff plays an important role in faculty development in colleges.However,"employment-orientation"vocational education model has made most higher vocational colleges prefer professional skills to general education,which impedes the building of general education teaching staff.While general education is of great significance in cultivating students'views of world,life and values so as to contribute a lot to the development of new generation with"Four Qualifications"in the process of the country's booming higher vocational education.In order to cultivate talents who can adapt to the new development,higher vocational colleges have to build a general education teaching team with sufficient staff number,reasonable age structure and profession title system,noble ethics,strict political stance and excellent literary accomplishment.
