摘 要:对于董仲舒所言“正其谊不谋其利,明其道不计其功”,近年来不少学者认为其中“不谋其利”“不计其功”只是针对仁人或社会上层的政治权力主体与政治精英而言,然而在笔者看来,这些观点事实上并非其本义,尤其是没有对“不谋其利”“不计其功”作出进一步的解读。其实,董仲舒所言,并不是要排斥功利,而是要反对以有违仁义之手段图谋和计较其功利,这样的理解不仅合乎他的义利观和治道思想,而且也与孔孟的义利观相吻合,从而可以证明儒家并不排斥功利。in recent years,many scholars believe that“No Seeking its Benefits”and“Ignoring its Avail”in Dong Zhongshu’s“Should be righteousness,and no seeking its benefits,Should understand Dao,and ignore its avail”are only aimed at benevolent people or political power subjects and political elites in the upper class of society.However,in the author’s opinion,these views are not their original meaning,especially there is no further interpretation of“no seeking its benefits”and“ignore its avail”.In fact,what Dong Zhongshu said is not to reject utility,but to oppose the pursuit of utility by means contrary to benevolence and righteousness.This understanding is not only in line with his view of righteousness and benefit and the thought of governance,but also consistent with Confucius and Mencius’view of righteousness and benefit,which can prove that Confucianism does not exclude utility.
