基于问卷调查制定脑病科实习生临床路径带教计划

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查制定脑病科实习生临床路径带教计划。方法选取2019年1月—12月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院脑病六科实习的医学生,共79名,参与问卷调查。调查项目包括中西医基础理论知识、中西医基础操作技能和临床业务能力3部分。统计分析调查表中各条目的选择人数,并计算所占比。结果问卷调查表发放79份,收回79份。73名实习生选择了高频次的中医基础理论学习,64名实习生选择了高频次的西医基础理论学习;71名实习生选择了高频次的中医操作技能培训,68名实习生选择了高频次的西医操作技能培训;大多数实习生选择了愿意参加临床业务能力学习。结论大多数实习生愿意积极参与临床实习。基于此结论制定“脑病科实习生临床路径带教计划”和“脑病科实习生临床路径带教表单”。Objective To formulate the teaching program for clinical pathway of trainees in encephalopathy based on the questionnaire.Methods A total of 79 medical students were selected to participate in the questionnaire survey from January to December of 2019,who had practiced in the departments of encephalopathy six in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.The investigation project includes three parts:basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern medicine,basic operational skills of TCM and modern medicine,and clinical competence.Statistical analysis of the number of persons selected for each item in the questionnaire,and calculates the proportion.Results 79 questionnaires were sent out and 79 were taken back.73 trainees chose high frequency studying of basic theory of TCM,while 64 trainees chose high frequency studying of basic theory of modern medicine.71trainees chose high frequency operation skill training of TCM,while 68 trainees chose high frequency operation skill training of modern medicine.And most of the trainees chose to participate in the clinical practice competence study.Conclusion Most of the trainees are willing to actively participate in clinical practice.Based on this conclusion,the department formulated the“Teaching Program for Clinical Pathway of Trainees in Encephalopathy”and“Teaching Form for Clinical Pathway of Trainees in Encephalopathy”.
