摘　　要：文章探究未成年残疾人祖辈照护者的健康信息源选择行为影响因素,为构建有助于祖辈照护者健康信息源选择的内外部生态提供依据。采用深度访谈法搜集15位祖辈照护者的健康信息源选择行为相关资料,对文本内容进行三级编码,包括开放性编码、主轴编码、选择性编码,并检验理论饱和度。研究发现:影响祖辈照护者健康信息源选择的主要因素包括:能力维度、家庭生态、信息源特征、内外部感知与残疾状况,由此构建未成年残疾人祖辈照护者的健康信息源选择行为影响因素理论模型,系统阐述各影响因素的作用机制,为提出有助于祖辈照护者健康信息源选择的总体性构想与操作化建议提供实证依据。To explore the factors influencing the choices regarding health information sources of grandparents who become the caregivers of minors with disabilities,could provide the basis to build an ecosystem which would help such grandparents to choose health information sources,thereby strengthening the well-beings of the minors and their families. In this paper, an in-depth interview is conducted to collect information about 15 grandparent caregivers’ selections of health information sources. Interview transcript is analyzed through three phases of coding,including open coding,axial coding and selective coding,and its theoretical saturation is tested. This study finds that the main factors for grandparent caregivers’ selections of health information sources are abilities,family ecology,characteristics of information sources,internal and external perceptions and disability conditions.Thus,a theoretical model is constructed in regard to the influencing factors of health information source selections among the grandparent caregivers, attempting to systematically expound the mechanism of each influencing factor,and provide empirical basis for the overall idea and operational suggestions for helping the grandparent caregivers to choose health information sources.
