摘 要:为了探究平板微热管槽道横截面的形状和工质对平板微热管工作性能的影响,运用多物理场有限元仿真软件Comsol对矩形槽、梯形槽和正六边形槽三种平板微热管的热性能进行了有限元仿真。通过比较水和乙醇两种工质的平板热管在加热功率分别为30 W、40 W和50 W时热管下表面中心点的温度,得出正六边形槽道结构相比于矩形槽道和梯形槽道具有更好的传热性能,而且当平板微热管槽道结构相同时,采用水作工质比乙醇更有利于导热。In order to explore the influence of channel cross-section shape and working medium on the performance of flat plate micro heat pipe,the thermal properties of three kinds of flat plate micro heat pipe,such as rectangular groove,trapezoidal groove and regular hexagonal groove,are simulated by Comsol multi-physical field finite element simulation software.For the flat plate heat pipe with working medium of water and ethanol,by comparing the temperature of the center point on the lower surface of the heat pipe under three different heating powers of 30 W,40 W and 50 W,it is concluded that the regular hexagonal channel structure has better heat transfer performance than the rectangular channel and trapezoidal channel structure.Moreover,in the same channel structure,using water as working medium is more conducive to the heat conduction of flat micro heat pipe than ethanol.
