摘 要:长久以来,澳大利亚原住民在种族偏见和社会“缺陷思维”影响下,出现了普遍而深刻的身份认同危机。澳大利亚原住民教育家克里斯·萨拉创建的“高认同和高期望哲学”意在培养原住民学生高度的身份认同感,构建对原住民学生的高期望关系,成为原住民教育改进的典范理论。自我认同、高期望关系、优势为本取向和专业问责制是“高认同和高期望哲学”的核心理念。基于变革型领导力赋予个体以变革责任、基于价值观构建原住民对学校场域的归属感、协同共建促进原住民教育改进的教育社区则是“高认同和高期望哲学”的实践路径。澳大利亚原住民教育改进的“高认同和高期望哲学”蕴含着社会弱势群体教育改进的一般逻辑,具有重要价值。Under the influence of racial prejudice and "deficit thinking" of the society,Australian aboriginal peoples have experienced a widespread and profound identity crisis.The Australian government has formulated a series of top-down policies to protect the rights and interests of aboriginals,but with little effect.The "Stronger and Smarter Philosophy" created by Chris Sarra,a grass-roots aboriginal educator,has become a model for the improvement of aboriginal education by cultivating the identity of aboriginal students and establishing a high-expectations relationships with aboriginal students.In the core concept of "Stronger and Smarter Philosophy",self-identity is the fundamental purpose of indigenous education;High-expectations relationships are the psychological basis for the improvement of indigenous education;"Strength-based approaches" is an effective way to empower indigenous education;Professional accountability is the regulation of teachers’ self-management.In the practice approaches of "Stronger and Smarter Philosophy",individuals are given the responsibility of change based on transforming leadership;Indigenous people’s sense of belonging to the school is constructed based on shared values;And the educational community that promotes the improvement of indigenous education is jointly built."Stronger and Smarter Philosophy" contains the general logic of education improvement of social vulnerable groups,so it has the value for research and reference.
