摘  要:航天飞行期间,航天员骨骼肌特别是抗重力肌肉将出现肌肉质量和力量的持续下降。综述了不同营养干预措施对失重状态下肌萎缩的防护作用,对近年来应用蛋白质、氨基酸类补充剂、抗氧化补充剂、维生素D和肌酸改善失重状态下肌萎缩的效果和部分机制进行总结。现有研究发现:失重状态下蛋白质、氨基酸和HMβ的适当补充可防止抗重力肌的萎缩;由于补充剂量的不同,维生素类抗氧化剂和维生素D的改善效果目前尚无统一结论。在模拟失重前、后,持续补充白藜芦醇、姜黄素类天然产物抗氧化剂以及肌酸可产生更好的防护效果。Muscle atrophy in weightlessness refers to the continuous decline of muscle mass and strength during space flight,especially the“anti-gravity muscles”.In this paper,the protections of different nutritional interventions on muscle atrophy in weightlessness were reviewed and the effects and partial mechanisms of protein,amino acid,antioxidant,vitamin D and creatine on the improvement of muscle atrophy in weightlessness in recent years were summarized.It was found that that the proper supplementation of protein,amino acid and HMβ could prevent the atrophy of anti-gravity muscle in weightlessness.Due to the different added doses,the effect of improvement of antioxidant vitamins or vitamin D was inconsistent.The existing researches showed that continuous supplementation of natural antioxidants such as resveratrol,curcumin or creatine supplementation before,during and after simulated weightlessness could produce better protective effects.
