茅以升工匠精神的诠释及培育路径

摘　　要：工匠精神贯穿于中国劳动人民的勤劳创造历史中,而优秀工程师的典范茅以升作为中国工匠精神的时代代表人物之一,他不仅给祖国大地创造了许多的工程奇迹,还给后人留下了宝贵的思想财富。本文以杭州钱塘江大桥建设工程为例,从剖析和研究茅以升工匠精神的内涵、确立工匠精神培育的必要性、探索新时代工匠精神的培育路径三个方面出发,并将其成果应用于现代工程人员工匠精神培育中。The craftsmanship runs through the creation history of the Chinese working people. As one of the representatives of the era of Chinese craftsmanship, Mao Yisheng, a model of outstanding engineers, not only created many engineering miracles for the motherland, but also left much valuable engineering ideas for future generations. Taking the construction project of Qiantang River Bridge as the main case, this paper analyzes the connotation of Mao Yisheng’s craftsmanship, and explores the necessity and cultivation path of craftsmanship in the new era. On this basis, the achievements can be applied to the cultivation of the modern engineers’ craftsmanship.
