口腔修复中采用二氧化锆修复体对患者咀嚼能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔修复中采用二氧化锆修复体进行修复对患者咀嚼能力的影响。方法:随机抽取2016年4月至2020年3月在东莞康华医院接受口腔修复治疗的患者500例,根据使用修复体的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各250例。将采取传统金属烤瓷修复体进行口腔修复的患者设为对照组,将采取二氧化锆修复体进行口腔修复的患者设为观察组,观察并比较两组患者的咀嚼能力及修复优良率,比较两组患者修复前后的牙龈指标(牙龈指数、出血指数、菌斑指数)和龈沟液白细胞介素–6(IL–6)、白细胞介素–8(IL–8)的变化情况。结果:修复后7个月,观察组患者的咀嚼能力评分显著高于对照组,牙龈指数、出血指数、菌斑指数均优于对照组,IL–6、IL–8水平均低于对照组,修复优良率高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用二氧化锆修复体对患者进行口腔修复,能够有效改善患者咀嚼能力和牙龈功能,降低炎症因子水平,相比于传统金属烤瓷修复体修复的效果更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of zirconia restoration on chewing ability of patients in oral prosthodontics.Methods A total of 500 patients who received oral prosthodontics in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from April 2016 to March 2020 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different prosthodontics,with 250 patients in each group.The patients with traditional porcelain metal restoration were set as the control group,and the patients with zirconia restoration were set as the observation group.The chewing ability and the excellent and good treatment rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Gingival indexes(gingival index,bleeding index,plaque index)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in gingival crevicular fluid were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Seven months after repair,the chewing ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the gingival index,bleeding index and plaque index were better than those in the control group,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were lower than control group,and the good repair rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia restorations can effectively improve the chewing ability and gingival function of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is better than traditional porcelain metal restorations.
