摘　　要：“以学生为中心”教育理念,与全面质量管理理论和PDCA模式相融合,为构建科学有效的高校内部教学质量保障体系提供了理论基础。文章分析了当前高校内部教学质量保障体系存在的不足之处,在此基础上构建了“以学生为中心”理念下的高校内部教学质量保障体系,并结合教学质量保障体系的运行实践,提出了完善高校内部教学质量保障体系的相应对策。The educational concept of “student-centered” is integrated with the theory of total quality management and PDCA model,which provides a theoretical basis for building a scientific and effective internal teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current internal teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities,constructs the internal teaching quality assurance system under the concept of “student-centered”,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to improving the internal teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities combined with the operation practice of the teaching quality assurance system.
