摘 要:试验旨在研究不同非纤维性碳水化合物和中性洗涤纤维比例(NFC/NDF)日粮对绵羊共轭亚油酸产量和瘤胃发酵的影响。日粮按照NFC/NDF为0.5(Y0.5)、1.0(Y1.0)、1.5(Y1.5)、2.0(Y2.0)、2.5(Y2.5)、3.0(Y3.0)、3.5(Y3.5)配制,共7种饲料作为发酵底物,进行48 h的体外发酵试验。结果表明:Y1.5组反10顺12共轭亚油酸含量高于Y0.5组(P<0.05);乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、戊酸和异戊酸浓度均随日粮NFC/NDF增加呈先增加后降低的变化,Y1.5组浓度最高;各组间pH无显著差异;随日粮NFC/NDF升高,干物质降解率呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),Y1.5组干物质降解率最高,高于Y0.5组(P<0.05);Y1.5组和Y2.0组总产气量均高于Y3.0组(P<0.01,P<0.05);Y1.5组氨态氮浓度极高于Y0.5组(P<0.01);微生物蛋白浓度呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化(P<0.01),Y1.5组微生物蛋白浓度高于Y0.5组、Y3.0组、Y3.5组(P<0.01)和Y1.0组(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮NFC/NDF为1.5时,最有利于瘤胃发酵和干物质降解。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different ratios of non-fibrous carbohydrates to neutral detergent fiber(NFC/NDF)on conjugated linoleic acid production and rumen fermentation in sheep.Rumen fluid from sheep was used as the inoculum,and dietary NFC/NDF at different ratios of 0.5(Y0.5),1.0(Y1.0),1.5(Y1.5),2.0(Y2.0),2.5(Y2.5),3.0(Y3.0),3.5(Y3.5)were used as the substrate during the in vitro fermentation.The results showed that the proportion of trans10,cis12 conjugated linoleic acid in Y1.5 group was significantly higher than that in Y0.5 group(P<0.05).The concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid and isovaleric acid were increased firstly and then decreased,with the increase of dietary NFC/NDF ratio,and the concentration was the highest at Y1.5 group.The ruminal pH was not affected(P>0.05)by the change of dietary NFC/NDF ratio.With the increase of NFC/NDF ratio,the dry matter degradation rate was increased firstly and then decreased in a quadratic curve(P<0.05),which the highest point located in Y1.5 group.The total gas production of Y1.5 group and Y2.0 group were significantly higher than that of Y3.0 group(P<0.05),respectively.Ammonia nitrogen concentration of Y1.5 group was very significantly higher than that of Y0.5 group(P<0.01).The concentration of microbial protein increased firstly and then decreased in a quadratic curve(P<0.01),and its concentration was the highest at Y1.5 group.These findings suggested that the dietary NFC/NDF ratio of 1.5 was the best value for ruminal fermentation and dry matter degradation in vitro.
