摘  要:目的调查儿科重症护士核心能力及职业认同感现状,为培训和提升儿科重症护士的专科技能提供实证依据;同时,探究儿科重症护士核心能力和职业认同感的相关性,为医院管理者进行护理管理提供指导,采取针对性的培训方案来提高儿童重症专科护士的核心能力,同时提升其职业认同感水平,稳定队伍提供更优质的护理服务。方法采用中国注册护士核心能力量表和护士职业认同评定量表,对江西省儿童医院的120名儿科重症护士进行匿名电子问卷调查。结果儿科重症护士核心能力总分为(147.13±33.62)分;儿科重症护士职业认同总分为(108.33±15.59)分,儿科重症护士核心能力与职业认同呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科重症护士的核心能力及职业认同均处于中等水平,管理者应关注儿科重症护士的核心能力与职业认同,可以通过提升儿科重症护士核心能力,让儿科重症护士的职业认同感获得同步提升,稳固儿科重症护理队伍。Objective To investigate the status quo of the core competence and professional identity of pediatric intensive care nurses and provide an empirical basis for training and improving the specialist skills of pediatric intensive care nurses;to explore the correlation between the core competence and professional identity of pediatric intensive care nurses;to provide guidance for hospital administrators to carry out nursing management;to adopt a targeted training program to improve the core competence of pediatric intensive care specialist nurses and their professional identity level,and to stabilize the team to provide better nursing services.Methods A total of 120 pediatric intensive care nurses in Jiangxi Provincial Children′s Hospital were investigated by anonymous filling in an electronic questionnaire using the Chinese Registered Nurse Core Strength Scale and the Nurse Professional Identity Rating Scale.Results The total score of core competence of pediatric intensive care nurses was(147.13±33.62)points,and the total score of professional identity of pediatric intensive care nurses was(108.33±15.59)points.The core competence of pediatric intensive care nurses was positively correlated with professional identity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence and professional identity of pediatric critical care nurses are at a moderate level.Managers should pay attention to the core competence and professional identity of pediatric critical care nurses.By improving the core competence of pediatric critical care nurses,the professional identity of pediatric critical care nurses can be improved synchronously,and the pediatric critical care team can be stabilized.
