摘 要:目的通过探索将计算机绘图技术应用于口腔牙体解剖生理学五年制本科教学后,研究数字技术对学生掌握牙体形态学习的影响。方法2017年3—6月,选择南昌大学口腔医学专业2014级36名本科生为研究对象,并分为实验组和对照组,各18名。在学习过牙体形态的理论知识之后,实验组采用计算机绘图软件作图,对照组采取传统纸质作图,绘制上颌中切牙的唇舌面、近远中面图像,并以两组学生的雕牙成绩和问卷调查进行效果评价。结果实验组学生雕刻石膏牙成绩为(81.7±4.0)分高于对照组(76.7±6.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对关于提高课程学习兴趣、促进理论知识理解、增加牙体形态的掌握、教学生动形象的教学评价分数均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机绘图技术应用于口腔解剖生理学教学,可以提高学生在牙体形态方面的学习兴趣和成绩,取得较好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application of computer graphics technology in five-year undergraduate teaching of oral anatomy and physiology,the effect of digital technologyon students'mastery of tooth morphology is studied.Methods From March to June 2017,36 undergraduates majoring in stomatology of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 in each group.After learning the theoretical knowledge of tooth morphology,the experimental group used computer drawing software to draw,and the control group used traditional paper drawing to draw the images of labiolingual surface and mesial and distal surface of maxillary central incisor.The effect was evaluated by the carving results and questionnaire survey of the two groups of students.Results SPSS statistical software was used for analysis.The average score of tooth carving in the experimental group(81.7±4.0)points was significantly better than that in the control group(76.7±6.1)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching evaluation scores of students in the experimental group on improving their interest in course learning,promoting the understanding of theoretical knowledge,increasing the mastery of tooth morphology and teaching students'dynamic image were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of computer graphics technology in oral anatomy and physiology teaching can improve students'interest and achievements in tooth morphology,and achieve better teaching results.
