摘 要:目的评价临床护理教学路径导航在N0~N1级护士培训中的效果。方法将2017年8月1日—2018年7月31日N0~N1级护士65名设为对照组,2018年8月1日—2019年7月31日N0~N1级护士65名设为实验组,对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用临床护理教学路径导航进行培训,比较两组医生对护士急救配合的满意度、专科理论成绩、出科床边综合能力及床边应急能力成绩。结果采用临床护理教学路径导航进行培训的实验组护士在专科理论成绩、床边综合能力考核成绩、床边应急能力及医生对护士急救配合满意度方面均高于仅用常规教学法的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理教学路径导航进行培训,可提高医生对护士急救配合的满意度、N0~N1级护士专科理论成绩、床边综合能力及床边应急能力,是一种理想的低年资护士培训方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing teaching path navigation in nurse training of grade N0~N1.Methods 65 nurses of grade N0~N1 from August 1,2017 to July 31,2018 were set as the control group.From August 1,2018 to July 31,2019,65 nurses of grade N0~N1 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,In the experimental group,clinical nursing teaching path navigation was used for training.The satisfaction of the two groups of doctors to the nurses'first aid cooperation,the academic achievement of specialized subject,the comprehensive ability of going out of hospital and bedside and the ability of bedside emergency were compared.Results The experimental group nurses who were trained by clinical nursing teaching path navigation were significantly higher than the control group in terms of specialist theoretical results,bedside comprehensive ability assessment results,bedside emergency ability and doctors'satisfaction with nurses'first-aid cooperation.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing teaching path navigation for training,Improve doctors'satisfaction with nurses'first-aid cooperation,Theoretical achievements of nurses of Grade N0~N1,Bedside comprehensive ability and bedside emergency ability,Is an ideal training method for junior nurses.
