摘 要:提升机电类研究生科创能力,既是提高工科人才培养质量、加快建设高水平研究生教育的关键,也是国家对新工科建设的要求,为国家高水平科技创新提供重要支撑.以S大学机电类研究生培养为例,分析了"双一流"背景下新工科建设的原则与目标,探讨了机电类研究生科研创新能力培养的实践探索与提升路径,提出必须从办学定位与建设目标入手,以培养学生的知识关联整合能力为核心,打造环境熏陶、专业学习和实践活动一体化的联动育人机制,助力建设高质量的研究生教育体系,为教育管理工作提供一定参考.Improving the science research and innovation ability of electromechanical graduates is not only the key to improve the training quality of engineering talents,and accelerate the construction of high-level graduate education,but also the national requirements for the construction of new engineering,and to provide important support for the national high-level scientific and technological innovation.Taking S university electromechanical graduates training as an example,this paper analyzed the new engineering construction principle and goals under the background of the"double first-class",discussed the practical exploration and promotion path of the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability for electromechanical graduates,and put forward that education should start from the school positioning and construction goal,take cultivating students' knowledge association integration ability as the core,and create a linkage education mechanism integrating environmental edification,professional learning,and practical activities,to help build high quality graduate education system,and to provide some references for education management.
