医学类高职培养定向生就业状况调查——以北京某高职院校为例

摘　　要：定向培养模式是职业教育有效且重要的人才培养模式,教育部就业工作的文件和教育部2021年工作要点均指出高校就业工作要拓宽基层就业渠道,做好基层项目组织招录工作,引导毕业生围绕城乡基层社区各类服务需求就业创业。以北京某医药卫生类高职院校院2016-2020年农村定向培养毕业生为调研对象,通过问卷调查的研究方法,对毕业生就业状况、工资待遇、就业满意度和课程设置及就业指导等维度开展调查,调查结果显示农村定向培养毕业生有机会进入到稳定的就业单位,薪酬水平高于地区平均水平,对其工作整体满意度较高,结果同时反映了学生在校期间需要加强职业技能训练、加强专业课程设置、加强就业指导等问题。最后本文提出了优化课程设置,指导毕业生有针对性地就业,转变毕业生就业观念,积极指导毕业生基层就业等对策建议。The document of the Employment Work of the Ministry of Education and the main ideas in 2021 work of the Ministry of Education both point out that the employment work of colleges and universities should widen the channels of employment at the grassroots level, organize and recruit grass-roots projects, and guide graduates to find jobs and start businesses around the needs of various services in urban and rural grass-roots communities. This paper explored a health vocational college in Beijing from 2016 to 2020, took rural orient ed graduates as research object. Through questionnaire research methods, a survey was conducted on the employment status, wage treatment, employment satisfaction, curriculum and employment guidance of graduates. The results showed that rural oriented graduates have the opportunity to enter stable employment workplaces, the salary level is higher than the regional average level, and the overall job satisfaction is higher.The results also reflect students need to strengthen vocational skills training, professional courses, and employment guidance.Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, including optimizing the curriculum, guiding graduates, targeted employment, changing graduates, employment concept, and actively guiding graduates, grass-roots employment.
