A Study on the Relationship Between Knowledge Management and Professional Growth of Special School Teachers

摘  要:为探寻特校教师知识管理与专业成长的关系,采用特校教师知识管理问卷和特校教师专业成长问卷,对随机整群选取的134位特校教师进行调查研究。结果发现,特校教师知识管理总均分为3.894,专业成长总均分为3.638;不同特校工作年限中,特校教师的专业成长总均分由高到低依次为:6—10年>15年以上>11—15年>4—5年>1—3年;特校教师知识管理与专业成长间存在显著正相关(P<0.01),知识存储、知识应用、知识创新三个因子进入回归方程,对特校教师专业成长有预测作用。结论:特校教师的知识管理水平和专业成长水平均较高;特校工作6—10年的教师的专业成长水平最高,1—3年的最低;特校教师知识管理水平越高,其专业成长能力越强,且专业成长受到知识存储、知识应用、知识创新三个因子的共同影响。To explore the relationship between knowledge management and professional growth of special school teachers,134 special education teachers are randomly cluster sampled and investigated by questionnaire on the two aspects. For special education teachers,it is found that the total average score of knowledge management is3. 894,and the one of professional growth is 3. 638;the total average score of professional growth in different special schools in descending order are: 6-10 years > 15 years or more > 11-15 years > 4-5 years > 1-3 years;there is a significant positive correlation between the two aspects( p < 0. 01),and three factors,knowledge storage,knowledge application,and knowledge innovation,enter the regression equation and can predict the professional growth of those teachers. In conclusion,special education teachers have high average levels of knowledge management and professional growth;the highest level of professional growth is found among them with6-10 years of experience in special schools and the lowest among those with 1-3 years;the higher the knowledge management level of special education teachers,the stronger their professional growth ability,and the professional growth is influenced by the three factors of knowledge storage,knowledge application,and knowledge innovation together.
