摘  要:教育实习是职前教师培养的关键环节,教育实习的质量与教育实习指导的质量密切相关。本文首先分析了目前我国师范生教育实习指导中存在的问题,然后借助计量分析软件展示国外职前教师教育实习指导的研究概况,再针对影响实习指导有效开展的因素、实习指导教师应具备的素养及实习指导教师的培训等问题,重点介绍与分析国外职前教师教育实习指导领域的前沿研究成果,特别关注到了后疫情时代对远程教育实习指导的研究动态。最后,本文对我国师范生教育实习指导提出如下建议:一要制定多维度实习指导教师的遴选标准;二要开展实习指导教师指导能力的专业化培训;三要探索后疫情时代的远程实习指导机制。Educational practice is a key part of pre-service teacher training,and its quality is closely related to the core of educational practice guidance. This paper first analyzes the current problems of educational practice for normal students in China,then reviews the research on the teaching guidance for pre-service teacher education practice abroad by quantitative analysis software. Then it focuses on the factors affecting the effective implementation of teaching guidance,the quality that practice teaching instructors should have and their training.It mainly introduces and analyzes the cutting-edge research results in the field of foreign guidance for pre-service teacher training,with special attention to the research trend of remote educational practice guidance in the postpandemic era. Finally,it puts forward the following suggestions for the guidance of educational practice for normal students in China: the multi-dimensional selection criteria for teaching instructors should be developed;the professional training should be carried out for improving the ability of teaching instructors;the mechanism of remote teaching practice guidance in the post-pandemic era should be explored.
