摘　　要：中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着培养高素质职业型技能人才的重要任务。对我国中等职业教育人才培养的总体规模、行业分布以及波动和收敛性特征进行统计分析发现,我国中等职业教育人才培养规模呈现出明显的先上升后下降的倒U形特征,2013年以来我国中等职业教育人才培养规模开始呈现出下降趋势,2010-2019年各行业中等职业教育人才培养规模整体上呈现出收敛性特征。据此,要进一步推动中等教育人才培养行业分布结构优化,坚持不同区域中等职业教育分类发展,完善中等职业教育健康发展的制度环境。Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education, and it is responsible for the important task of cultivating high-quality vocational and technical talents. Through statistical analysis of the overall scale, industry distribution, fluctuation and convergence characteristics of secondary vocational education personnel training, the study found that secondary vocational education personnel training scale showed an obvious inverted U-shaped characteristic of rising first and then falling. The scale of secondary vocational education talent training has begun to show a downward trend since 2013. The scale of secondary vocational education talent training in various industries from 2010 to 2019 has shown convergence characteristics as a whole. Based on this, suggestions are made to promote the optimization of the distribution structure of the secondary education talent training industry, adhere to the classified development of secondary vocational education in different regions, and improve the institutional environment for the healthy development of secondary vocational education.
