跨文化背景下“中文+职业技能”国际推广基地的发展策略研究

摘　　要：建设"中文+职业技能"国际推广基地是推进我国教育现代化,使教育与我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的重要举措,是落实"十四五"规划中"建设中文传播平台,构建中国语言文化全球传播体系和国际中文教育标准体系"的重要举措,也是解决中资企业海外人力资源瓶颈的重要举措。"中文+职业技能"国际推广基地应积极开发职业技能标准,协助打造本土人才培养体系及本土化人力资源管理体系,建设高水平的培训基地,加强外派师资培训和海外本土化教师培训,打造国际通用教材以及积极推进人文及技术交流等。Building an international promotion base for“Chinese + vocational skills”is an important measure to promote the modernization of China’s education and to match education with comprehensive national strength and international status. It is an important measure to implement the“14 th Five-Year Plan”to“build a Chinese communication platform, build a Chinese language and culture global communication system and an international Chinese education standard system”, and it is also an important measure to solve the bottleneck of Chinese-funded enterprises’ overseas human resources. The international promotion base of“Chinese + vocational skills”should actively develop vocational skills standards, assist in building a local talent training system and a localized human resource management system, build a high-level training base, strengthen the training of expatriate teachers, and train overseas localized teachers,develop international general teaching materials and actively promote humanities and technical exchanges.
