摘 要:本科层次职业教育具有教育层次的本科性、教育类型的职业性、教育面向的社会性等特征,如何开展本科层次职业教育人才培养是当下教育发展中需要回应的问题。以学习力理论为研究视角分析发现,当前本科层次职业教育人才培养存在着职业教育负面社会标签影响较大、升维培养效果有限、学习者对人才培养目标的认同度和清晰感不足、发展路径漂移和"校热企冷"等问题。解决这些问题的突破路径包括:在学习动力方面,全方位提升职业教育地位;在学习能力方面,实现从"精准对接"到"可持续发展";在学习毅力方面,开展基于教育目标理论的成果导向教育;在学习转化力方面,实现从"校企合作"到"校企一体化发展"等。Vocational Education at Undergraduate Level has the characteristics of undergraduate education level, vocational education type and social education orientation. How to carry out talent cultivation in vocational education at undergraduate level is a problem that needs to be answered at present. The learning power theory can be used as a research perspective, to clarify that there are some problems of talent cultivation in vocational education at undergraduate level, such as the prejudice against vocational education, the limited effect of up-dimension training, the insufficient recognition of talent cultivation goals, the drift of development paths and the difficulty in schoolenterprise cooperation. From the learning power perspective, the breakthrough paths include the following: comprehensively promote vocational education status, transform from“accurate docking”to“sustainable development”, carry out OBE based on the theory of education goal, transform from“school-enterprise cooperation”to“school-enterprise integration development”, etc. so as to provide references for the reform and development of higher education and vocational education.
