摘　　要：本文分析和评定食用植物油(以大豆油为例)中酸价测定中的不确定度各个分量,结果表明,大豆油酸价为0.20 mg/g,扩展不确定度为0.01 mg/g(k=2),滴定过程消耗的氢氧化钠标准溶液体积的不确定度最大,样品重复测量产生的不确定度次之。This paper analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty of acid price determination in edible vegetable oil (soybean oil as an example),the results showed that the acid value of soybean oil was 0.20 mg/g,and the expansion uncertainty was 0.01 mg/g(k=2),the uncertainty of the volume of sodium hydroxide standard solution consumed by titration is the largest,and the uncertainty caused by repeated measurement of the sample is second.
