摘  要:随着国内线上经济的发展,居民通过互联网购买生鲜食品的需求也在持续增加,与此配套的食品冷链产业在此背景下也得到一定程度的发展。但国内的食品冷链建设仍存在一些问题,影响了国内线上生鲜市场的发展质量。基于此,本文从国内食品冷链的基本情况出发,阐述其在建设过程中存在的不足,提出解决对策,以提高国内食品冷链的发展效益。With the development of domestic online economy,the demand of residents to buy fresh food through the internet is also increasing,and the supporting food cold chain industry has also developed to a certain extent under this background.However,there are still some problems in the construction of domestic food cold chain,which affects the development quality of domestic online fresh market.Based on this,starting from the basic situation of domestic food cold chain,this paper expounds the shortcomings in the construction process,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the development efficiency of domestic food cold chain.
