摘　　要：“产教融合型企业”是多重社会资本结构和多元行动者合力塑造的产物。我国“产教融合型企业”的研究经历了萌芽阶段、发展阶段和蓬勃阶段。现有研究的主要内容涉及“产教融合型企业”的意蕴、必要性、目的及价值、面临的主要问题和路径选择等方面。当前,我国“产教融合型企业”研究存在:理论探索浮于表面、研究视角较为狭窄、优化路径指向单一等弊端。基于此,对我国“产教融合型企业”的后续研究应注重理论价值契合实践需求;摒弃研究过程模板化;着力于研究路径转向一线现场。"Industry-education Integrated Enterprise" is the product of multiple social capital structures and actors.The research of "Industry-education Integrated Enterprise" in Chine has gone through embryonic, developmental,flourishing stages, which involves the connotation, necessity, purpose, challenges, and pathways. Currently, there are drawbacks to the research, such as superficial theoretical exploration, narrow research perspectives, and monotonous optimization paths. Therefore, further research should focus on combining theoretical values and practice demands,eliminating the research process’ s template, and turning research path to the front-line locale.
