摘 要:目的探讨心理资本在实习护生学习动机和职业获益感间的中介作用。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感问卷、教育参与量表、心理资本问卷对4所医院280名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生职业获益感总分为(122.11±17.06)分,学习动机总分为(107.15±15.72)分,心理资本总分为(96.77±14.07)分;职业获益感与学习动机(r=0.653,P<0.01)、心理资本(r=0.678,P<0.01)均呈正相关;心理资本在实习护生学习动机与职业获益感间有部分中介作用,中介效应值为29.1%。结论实习护生职业获益感、心理资本均处于较高水平,学习动机处于中等偏上水平,学习动机越高,心理资本水平越高,职业获益感水平就越高,心理资本在学习动机对实习护生职业获益感影响过程中发挥部分中介作用,提高学习动机、提升心理资本水平是提高实习护生职业获益感的有效途径。Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital on the learning motivation and perceived professional benefits.Methods A total of 280 nursing interns from 4 hospitals were investigated by the general data questionnaire,the Questionnaire of Nurses'Perceived Professional Benefits,the Education Participation Scale and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire.Results The score of perceived professional benefits was(122.11±17.06),the score of learning motivation was(107.15±15.72)and the score of psychological capital was(96.77±14.07).Perceived professional benefits positively correlated with learning motivation(r=0.653,P<0.01)and psychological capital(r=0.678,P<0.01).Psychological capital had a 29.1%mediating effect between learning motivation and perceived professional benefit.Conclusion The perceived professional benefits and psychological capital are at a relatively high level and their learning motivation is at an upper-middle level.The higher the learning motivation of nursing interns,the higher level of psychological capital and the higher level of perceived professional benefit.The psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the influence of learning motivation on career benefit of nursing interns.It is an effective way to improve the professional benefits through promoting learning motivation and the level of psychological capital.
