摘  要:随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,线上学习已成为一种常态,而学生能否自主学习是实施在线教育成功的关键。本文基于大学生自主学习行为的问卷调查,构建大学生自主学习影响因素的研究模型,借助SPSS22.0和AMOS24.0等工具分析了学习动机、虚拟奖励、教学设计和线上学习环境对自主学习行为的影响,揭示了影响线上自主学习行为的关键路径和产生机理。研究发现:学习动机和虚拟奖励对自主学习行为产生显著影响;教学设计对自主学习行为具有较强影响,并通过学习动机部分中介影响自主学习行为;线上学习环境对自主学习行为有直接的促进作用;学习动机在虚拟奖励和线上学习环境对自主学习行为的影响方面起到了一定的中介传递作用。据此,通过树立互联网教学设计理念,嵌入虚拟奖励机制,完善线上学习环境,激发内、外部学习动机等措施将有助于学生积极开展线上自主学习。With the rapid development of Internet technology,online learning has become a normal method.But whether students can learn independently is the key to the success of online education.Based on the questionnaire survey of College Students’autonomous learning behavior,this paper constructs a research model on the influencing factors of college students'autonomous learning.With the help of such tools as SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0,the effects of learning motivation,virtual rewards,instructional design and online learning environment on autonomous learning behaviors are analyzed,thus revealing the key paths and mechanisms affecting online autonomous learning behaviors.It is found that learning motivation and virtual rewards have a significant impact on autonomous learning behavior.Instructional design has a strong influence on autonomous learning behavior,and it influences autonomous learning behavior through part of the mediation of learning motivation.Online learning environment can directly promote autonomous learning behaviors.Learning motivation plays a mediating role in the impact of virtual rewards and online learning environment on autonomous learning behaviors.Therefore,measures such as setting up the concept of Internet teaching design,embedding virtual reward mechanism,improving online learning environment,and stimulating internal and external learning motivation will help students actively carry out online autonomous learning.
