摘　　要：在新一轮科技革命与产业变革的时代背景下,高等院校电子信息类专业担负着为各类企业培养具有创新思维和创新能力的工程技术人才的重任。文章在分析学生就业去向、企业需求的基础上,提出地方院校电子信息工程专业学生创新能力构成的四个基本要素,并构造校院管理、教师、学生三个维度集成的创新能力培养机制模型,以支持学生创新能力培养目标的达成。Under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,electronic information specialty in colleges and universities is responsible for training engineering and technical talents with innovative thinking and innovative ability for various enterprises.Based on the analysis of students'employment direction and enterprise demand,this paper puts forward four basic elements of the innovation ability of students majoring in Electronic Information Engineering in local colleges and universities,and constructs the innovative ability training mechanism model integrating school management,teachers and students to support the achievement of students'training goal of innovation ability.
