摘 要:建立了基于ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定乳制品中碘的方法。用5%TMAH做提取剂,在85℃水浴震荡3h,水定容50mL,在4℃、8000r/min条件下离心10 min,滤液在ICP-MS仪器上分析。当碘的添加量在0.1mg/kg~2.0mg/kg时,加标回收率为80.7%~114.6%,相对标准偏差小于10.0%,检出限为0.003mg/kg。该方法具有快速、准确、稳定性好、灵敏度高等优点,可用于乳制品中碘含量的检测。A method for the determination of the content of iodine in dairy products by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) was developed. The samples were extracted with 5% TMAH,shocked in 85℃ water bath for 3 hours,constant volume with water for 50mL,centrifuged at 4℃ at 8000r/min for 10 minutes,the filtrate was analyzed on ICP-MS. Added iodine content was in the range of 0.1mg/kg~2.0mg/kg,the average recoveries were between 80.7% and 114.6%,with RSDs(n=6)less than 10.0%. The limit of quantitation was 0.003mg/kg. The results indicated that this method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and thus suitable for the analysis of the content of iodine in Dairy products.
